| Date | The date for when the payment was received by the finance company. |
| Received | This is the payment amount received by the finance company. |
| Check Number | The check number on the check that was received by the finance company for this payment. |
| Payment | The payment amount that was due by the finance company. |
| Misc. Cash | This is that portion of the payment amount that was not applied to either regular installments or late charges or other fees that are due from the borrower. |
| Late Charge | This displays the late charge if any that is applied to the installment received by the finance company. |
| Description | This is a literal description for the payment (I.e. REGULAR PAYMENT, DOWN PAYMENT, UNEARNED PREMIUM, etc…). |
