Customer Information Fields explanation
Account NumberThis is the account number assigned to this loan by the finance company.
Insured NameThis is the name of the insured.
AddressThe address where mail is sent for the insured.
CityThe city where mail is sent for the insured.
StateThe state where mail is sent for the insured.
ZipThe zip code where mail is sent for the insured.
Insured PhoneThe telephone number for the insured.
Agent CodeThe code number assigned to the retail agent/broker by the finance company.
Agent NameThe name of the retail agent/broker on this loan.
Agent PhoneThe telephone number of the retail agent/broker.
Total PremiumThis displays the total of all policy premiums, plus all fully earned and financeable taxes and fees.
Down PayThis is the amount of Total Premium that is paid up front by the borrower.
Amount FinancedThe Amount Financed is the principal portion of an insurance premium loan. This figure is calculated by subtracting the Down Payment from the Total Premium.
Finance ChargeThis is the pre-computed amount of interest to be charged on a loan.
Total of PaymentsThis is the sum of all periodic payments scheduled to be made by the borrower.
Number of InstallmentsThis displays the number of installments the borrower is required to pay.
Original Installment AmountThe amount of the original periodic installment due from the insured.
Payments RetainedThe amount of installments that are retained by the retail agent/broker.
A.P.R.This is the interest rate charged on a loan, annualized and expressed as a percentage of declining principal balance.
Sys. Create DateThe date for when the loan was processed by the finance company.
First DueThis is the date the first periodic payment is due from the borrower.
Next DueThis is the date the next periodic payment is due from the borrower.
Intent DueThis is a warning date to inform the insured they have a certain number of days to pay their next installment before the cancellation date.
Cancel DateThis is the date the premium finance company has requested/will request to cancel the policy(s) from the insurance carrier.
Reinstate Req. DateThis is the date the finance company has requested to reinstate the policy(s) from the insurance company.
Bill Cycle/Bill Proc.The billing cycle shows the period of time between installment due dates. The options for billing cycle are determined by your finance company. The Bill Process displays the method in which you will bill the borrower. The options may include (1) Monthly Bill, (2) Coupon Book or (3) ACH Withdrawal.
Current Installment AmountThis displays the current Installment amount that is due from the borrower.
Late Charge AmountThis is the amount of a late charge if a payment is not received on time.
Ledger BalanceThis is the total amount still owed to the finance company from the borrower.
Payments Made/RemainingThis displays the number of payments that have been made to the finance company and the total number of payments still remaining.
Payments and Late Charges DueThe amount of the late charge for the account (if one were to be assessed), plus the payment due.
Shortage AmountThis is the amount of any shortage on the loan that resulted from previous payments.
Current Amount DueThis is the amount due for the current installment. This figure includes the amount of the regular installment, plus any shortages from previous installments that were due.
